Whether you're building an enterprise-wide AppleTalk network, or just connecting a couple of PCs to a LaserWriter, the COPS LT series LocalTalk cards are an ideal way of bringing AppleTalk services to your PC.

Share printers and file servers

When used with AppleTalk client software like COPSTalk for Windows, the COPS LT boards can make your PCs equal citizens on your AppleTalk network. Share files with Macintosh and other PC users. Print to AppleTalk networked printers. COPS LT boards work equally well in PC-based AFP server products like COPS's EasyServer and PServe XPRS.

Maximum compatibility, minimum hassles

The COPS LT series boards are designed to be compatible with the broadest possible range of hardware and software products. Both cards offer a number of alternative interrupt and address settings. So get on board with the best in the business. COPS LT cards are required by Novell NetWare servers and Microsoft Windows NT Advanced Servers for LocalTalk connections.

Software Compatibility

The COPS LT series cards are compatible with most AppleTalk software for PCs. For AppleTalk client services such as file and printer sharing, COPS provides bundles including an LT series card and either COPSTalk for DOS or COPSTalk for Windows. The COPS LT series cards are also compatible with AppleTalk PC products from Farallon and Miramar and with most other AppleTalk software.

Novell Netware and Windows NT Advanced Server

COPS LT cards are the only LocalTalk cards compatible with Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT Advanced Server.

Warranty & Upgrades

COPS provides a lifetime warranty on all LocalTalk cards. COPS from time to time may offer trade-ins of older LocalTalk cards when purchasing COPS software and/or Ethernet cards. COPS AppleTalk software is compatible with most Ethernet cards, thereby providing an easy upgrade path. COPS also provides several bundles containing Windows and DOS software as well as a network card. CALL FOR DETAILS.
